This web version of the Bowhunting Supplement to the regular membership newsletter is quite brief in comparison to the hardcopy version which Club members receive. The hardcopy version usually contains photos and graphics making it a bit more interesting to read. I decided to put this Bowhunting Supplement on the Web to give prospective members an idea what it is all about. This issue has two stories. In Southeast Black Bear Hunt, Tom Germain tell a story about his successful spring bear hunt, and Chuck Hakari describes a close call one of his hunting partners had in A Brief Swim in Tracy Arm. If you are interested in joining the Juneau Archery Club, review the membership information page and print out the membership application, complete it and send it in with your dues. You will receive the most current issue upon receipt of your application. Make sure that you check the Bowhunting Supplement box on the application.
