Come learn to make bread without a bread machine! We will make a simple loaf of white bread; if you choose to, you may turn it into cinnamon rolls or dinner rolls. You can bring your own ingredients and make a loaf while I demonstrate, or just watch (with opportunities to try mixing and kneading the ingredients). You will also get my secret, simple and mess-free bread recipe. Come join us for an evening of yeasty ideas!

Brief Resume
I have been making bread at home for the last 30 years. I like to experiment with different ingredients and new recipes, which my family and friends thoroughly enjoy. I can't remember ever baking a bad loaf of bread-it's so simple to make! I can't wait to instill confidence in my students' ability to do the same!

Ingredients and Equilpment:
1 TBSP Active Dry Yeast
1 TBSP white sugar (increase to 3/4 cup if making cinnamon rolls)
1 TSP salt
1.5 Cups Liquid (bring fruit juice if making cinnamon rolls)
at least 10 Cups Flour
large mixing bowl (ceramic or pyrex bowls are preferred)
measuring spoons & cups (dry & liquid)
