Scoot's Leo, a registered Quarter Horse, was my school horse. I broke him to ride and later bought him, while at Lamar Community College, using him later as a pony at the racetrack.
Llewellyn's Keisha-Kissy-was my first goat. I bought her in Montana, after I had to put Leo down because of leg problems. She was a small, feisty American Alpine, giving an amazing two gallons of milk a day.
I took Kissy and the babies everywhere. Here we're at the beach near Santa Cruz.
