I became a rolling stone after graduation. In the summer of '78 I left for the Air Force. I spent the next 4 years assigned to the 2nd Security Police Squadron at Barksdale Air Force Base in Shreveport Louisiana. 1984 found me working as a Dayton Police Officer in Dayton, Ohio. (long story how I got there) In 1988 I decided to come home and worked for the Springville and Ashville Police Departments (St Clair County)until the grass looked greener and in 1997 went back to Dayton to work on a campus police department at a college. Last year I returned to the Ashville Police Department. I think I'm through moving around. Unfortunately, my personal life has been just about the same. (a very long story) All in all though, life has been very good and I really have no complaints. I hope the rest of you can say the same.
