4.Treasurers Check-in: Alan reports that dances were ahead $874 for 2004.
So far for 2005, the average is slightly in the red. We discussed whether we
can afford the new sound increase, as we would like to see dances break even.
Alan says we have around $6000 in the account and our hall rent is paid through
Feb. Sue gave $60 to Zimmermans in payment for the swing dance. We voted to
contribute $250 towards the podium.

Scheduler's Report: John was not able to be here. Marty will check the web to see if the
in-town date for dance camp is on the schedule. Marty will see what John is up
to regarding summer dances scheduling.

1.) Charley
is still working on having Larry Unger to come for a fall special event.
2.) Kari
Lundgren is available to come and call on May 6, when both Lynn and Barbara
have a conflict.
3.) Keys.
We need to see who has keys to the hall. Sue will send a note to Isabelle to
see who she has on our list. We know that Lynn and Sue each have one. There
needs to be one in The Box, as folks at the swing dance were locked out for a
while.
