3. Minutes: Corrections ? None

4.Treasurers Check-in:The hall rent is paid through December 2000.

5. Membership Check-in: For each quarter, we need to give the Corporation numbers of members for insurance purposes. Stan will talk to Isabelle, since our member numbers are constantly changing.

6. Webmaster tells all: Gary is not able to be here due to classes every Wednesday and Thursday night for the Spring 2001 semester. The Ballroom dancers have a new website which will have a link to our website and we will link to their page.

7. Dance master Check-in: Jim made tickets for the February Frolic fund-raiser, which were sold at the last dance and will be available at the first workshop and following on Saturday.

8. Folk Dance Report: Marty reports that there were 13 dancers at the Folk Dance on Jan 20, and that $54 was collected and turned over to Contra Borealis Dancers.

9.Special Events :

February Frolic Fund-raiser: We need a band for the Advanced Contras workshop on Sat. Marty will check with Frostfire and Shamrocks and Kathy will check with Rosie Creek. Marty will make a silent auction form and bring 50 copies on Sat. morn.

Sue has donations for the silent auction from College Pizzeria, Kindred Spirits Massage, Gulliver's Books, and maybe Beaver Sports and Into the Woods.

10. Publicity Report: Barbara is not able to be here.

11. Corporation Report: Lynn is not able to be here.

12. Student Rep Report: Suzy is not able to be here.

13. Newsletter Report: Todd will be collecting items for the newsletter which will come out the last week in March. He will put out a call for a new scheduler as well as the dance schedule for April and May (including annual meeting) and Dance Camp news.

14. Scheduler's Report: Kathy has nothing new, except that the need for callers continues. Lynn fills in whenever needed. Maybe we could invite Brian DeMarcus or Odette Foster to call a dance and also give a caller's workshop.

15. Anything else? KUAC-TV would like some phone answerers for their fund-raiser in March. Sue will get the schedule and let us know. Sue will check with Jo Scott's website to see if Contra Dancers can be listed.
