A class was being held, so we met outside.

There was some confusion over the date, so those in attendance were: Lynn Basham, Sue Cole, Barbara, Alan, Jim

Lynn will go to the next Corporation meeting on 4/22 at 5:45 in place of Todd Paris.

Alan will contact Isabelle Mudd about the Hall rent, etc. He still doesn't have the bank figures as yet. We have already paid for the band airfare for this summer's dance camp.

May 12th at Alaskaland, Thursday 5:30 for a short meeting before the annual meeting. May 20th is the annual meeting. 6:00 pm potluck, 7:00 pm meeting, 8:00 pm dance.

Questions:

1. Is Suzy burned out or overburdened by the newsletter, and if so, does she want to turn it over to someone else?

2. Steve wants to resign as Coordinator/President. Sue will take it back unless someone else is just dying to do it, but then we will need a Secretary. Gary, would you pleeeeeeease consider combining it with what you are doing since you do half of it anyway?

3. Lynn will send Kathy's minutes about dance camp to Gary?? He forgot to bring them with him. Barbara requests that she be notified of any changes to the schedule.

4. Marty Baldridge has said that she would be interested in possibly helping with the board - newsletter??? Secretary??? Try to have her come to the next meeting.

Note by Gary Newman: a second meeting was held April 13, 2000, the next day - in attendance were Steve Wilson, Kathy Gingrich, and Stan Read. Realized that there was confusion on the meeting day, we only dealt with the extra $100 requested by one DCN 00 band member, as his airfare from the east coast was going to be more costly than anticipated.
