Makes 4 patties, enough for 2.
8 oz cooked salmon flaked
2/3 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp fresh dill weed
2 tsp fat free milk
1/4 cup egg substitute
1/4 tsp sea salt
White pepper to taste
1 diced green onion
Dill Sauce
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
1 teaspoon horseradish sauce
1 tbsp fresh dill
salt and pepper to taste
generous squeeze of lemon
Combine sauce ingredients prior to preparing salmon patties.
Combine the patty ingredients in a bowl and form into 4 patties approximately using a 1/4 cup for each pattie.
Spray a skillet with cooking spray and heat. Cook patties till done, about 3 minutes per side. Serve with sauce
