Snow Peas and Shitake Mushrooms

Serves 2
1 tablespoon olive oil 1/4 pound snow peas 1 diced scallion 4 ounces fresh shitake mushrooms, thinly sliced 1 tablespoon soy sauce Sprinkling of black sesame seeds Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat. Stir in snow peas and mushrooms, and cook about 3 to 4 minutes, until tender. Add scallion, soy sauce and toss with sesame seeds. Bon appétit!
