From April 16th to October 31st, Casa Flamingo rents for $375/night.

From November 1st to April 15th rent is $425/night with no weekly rate.

During Thanksgiving, Christmas and New years, the rental rate is $5x25/night.

A $500 security deposit is required for all rentals which is returned immediately if there is no damage to the house. A 50% deposit of the full rental is required at the time of reservation and the remainder is due 6 weeks prior to the date of arrival. No refunds are made unless the house can be rented to another party for the same time period after the confirmation check is received. Discounts on the rental rate apply to extended stays.
