Room Descriptions and Definitions
Single Hotel Rooms to see pictures
offer a King or Queen bed for up to two persons per room.
Double Hotel rooms to see pictures
have 2 Full beds for up to four persons per room.
Hotel
Suites to see pictures
have one King, One Double and a Hide-a-bed sofa
for up to six persons per room. The Suites have access to
the rooms on ether side.
Extra Room
Charge
Extra Roll-A-Beds or baby cribs are available at $10.00 each
per day.
Reservation Confirmation
Hotel We do require a 50% deposit and a signed confirmation
statement
to confirm a hotel Reservation.
Hotel Reservations canceled within 30 days prior to check-in date will be charged a 25%
cancellation fee that will be deducted from the deposit refunded.
Discounts Policy
Web Page 10% discount does not apply on peak season hotel accommodations made for July 1st. through July 31st. or Hotel reservations made through or by a booking or travel agency. Any and all discounts cannot be combined.

Fishing, Food and Lodging Packages are available to fit
your needs on request.
Special Discounted Alaska Vacation Promotional packages are available.
Pet Policy
Pets are welcome and there is a $10.00 charge per day required
for each pet.
Phone Policy
Credit card required to activate the phone and .25 cent plus tax
charge for
each local call.
Check-in and
Check-out Policy
check-in is 2:p.m. and Check-out time is 12 noon
